the location was acceptable with convenient restaurants across the river.

The front desk staff seemed unprepared to address guest issues. I found this frustrating. the laundry facilities were constantly occupied by hotel staff, leaving none . the room service was slow. One order took over 90 minutes (i nearly forgot i ordered).

I found the location to be VERY useful. It allowed easy access to many restaurants and public transport. The room i used was also quite clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices available.

The CAR park access was not ideal. My dad unfortunately slipped on the staircase. I found staff to be inflexible. I asked for an extra key and the request was not met easily.

The breakfast was very good. It had many different options to choose from. The gym had equipment for decent training sessions. The staff were helpful and friendly. They communicated well.

The room needs refurbishment. It feels like the 80s. The air conditioning was not functioning well. The noise insulation between rooms was poor. I got stained sheets from blood.
